Processing Time

All items are handmade to order. Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be created and dispatched.

Shipping Within Australia

We ship Australia-wide via Australia Post.


Standard Post: 3–7 business days $10 or Free over $100

Express Parcel: 1–3 business days $15

Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Rural or regional areas may take longer.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Local Pickup

Free local pickup is available in Alphington, VIC by appointment.
Please add your number to the order so we can contact you to arrange a convenient time.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to selected countries.
Rates and delivery times vary depending on destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Please note: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes in the destination country.
These are the responsibility of the customer.

Delays and Lost Parcels

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or external factors (e.g. weather, strikes, etc.), but we’ll do our best to help track and resolve any issues.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at juliet@cloverduck.com with your order number.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping details at checkout. We are not liable for orders sent to incorrect addresses.
If your package is returned to us, re-shipping fees will apply.

Returns Due to Shipping Issues

If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please get in touch within 7 days of delivery.
We may offer a replacement, refund, or store credit in line with Australian Consumer Law.
