Shipping Domestic - Standard

All items posted within Australia are sent via Australia Post Standard Satchel with a tracking number. Items are posted out between 2-5 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and can take anywhere from 4 to 10 days working days to arrive after they have been shipped.

Shipping Domestic - Express

All items posted within Australia are sent via Australia Post Express Satchel with a tracking number. Delivery times may vary depending on your location, however should arrive the next business day once shipped. Items are usually posted out between 2-5 business days. Express items will then arrive next day after shipping. If you need items by a certain date please feel free to contact and advise so we can help out as much as possible to get it to you in time.

Shipping International

All international deliveries are sent via economy Air Mail. Economy International Air Mail does not come with tracking. Delivery times vary depending on your location and can take 9 days to arrive.

If you would like to upgrade your shipping to include tracking please contact me for a quote. If you choose to upgrade your shipping with tracking number your tracking number will be forwarded to you once your order has been shipped.

RETURN POLICY

There’s nothing more important to us than the happiness of our customers big and little.

If you’re not fully satisfied with your Clover Duck, you can simply return it to us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
